We're a family managed South African based Online Store.

Known as Be Natural Organics Pty Ltd T/A Be Natural our range includes Organic Certified Essential oils, Organic Certified Carrier oils and handmade Natural products that are made locally with the very best natural & organic ingredients available from around the world.

As we grew and extended our range into a Sports Range which from the ideas of an Elite Sports coach and the help of one of the best Product Formulators in Europe, we came up with an amazing Sports Range made of Natural & Organic Ingredients. These products are used by athletes, trainers & Doctors/physios around the country.

We also made use of this renowned Formulator to help us create Natural products that not only smell beautiful, but they actually work. We did all the above to showcase the amazing benefits of Natural & Organic Ingredients and for our customers to enjoy a wider destination shopping experience.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING for any orders that are R500 and up and anything under R500 will enjoy a flat rate of only R60 anywhere within RSA cause we make use of uAfrica.com to get the best pricing and fastest delivery times possible for all our packages. Shipping will take anywhere between 1-3 days depending on your area. If you are in Gauteng most often you will get your package within a day and depending on order time it might even be delivered the same day.

Once we receive confirmation of payment from you, we will dispatch your order and you will receive a notification of purchase. This notification serves as a receipt for your purchase. Ensure that you provide the correct email address for receipt of this notification and that the delivery address is correct.

Should you not receive the notification of purchase from us, please contact us immediately.

Delivery in South Africa

We offer a standard delivery option to anywhere in South Africa. This is door-to-door which takes 1 - 3 working days. We strive for great customer service and quick delivery.

Delivery fee

Free delivery to anywhere in South Africa for orders over R500

A Flat-Rate delivery fee of R60 will be charged for all orders under R500.

In Gauteng will be next day delivery, unless an order was placed before 8am on the day, then it will be delivered on the same day.

For returns or exchanges, the current pricing of the contracted courier service will apply

Delivery time

Be Natural endeavors to ensure that your order reaches you on-time. Our orders take 1 to 3 working days but we strive to have it reach you within the least possible time.
For most of our Gauteng deliveries, delivery usually happens on the same or next day if there is no delay on the courier's side

General

Should your package be delayed or not delivered at all, please contact info@benatural.co.za. We will deal with each matter on a case to case basis but cannot be held responsible for incorrect details supplied, adverse weather conditions or civil/political interruptions.

Should a package need to be re-sent due to the customer not being available to receive it during office hours, incorrect information provided or the like, the courier reserves the right to charge for the later delivery as well.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@benatural.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the voucher received.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
