Shipping policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING for any orders that are R500 and up and anything under R500 will enjoy a flat rate of only R99 anywhere within RSA cause we make use of BobGo (formerly known as uAfrica.com) to get the best pricing and fastest delivery times possible for all our packages. Shipping will take anywhere between 1-3 days depending on your area. If you are in KZN most often you will get your package within a day and depending on order time it might even be delivered the same day. 


Once we receive confirmation of order, we will dispatch your order and you will receive a notification of purchase. This notification serves as a receipt for your purchase. Ensure that you provide the correct email address for receipt of this notification and that the delivery address is correct.

Should you not receive the notification of purchase from us, please contact us immediately.

Delivery in South Africa

We offer a standard delivery option to anywhere in South Africa. This is door-to-door which takes 1 - 3 working days from departure. We strive for great customer service and quick delivery which is why we ship within 1 working day 99% of the time.

Delivery fee

  • Free delivery to anywhere in South Africa for orders over R500
  • A Flat-Rate delivery fee of R99 will be charged for all orders under R500. 
  • For returns or exchanges, the current pricing of the contracted courier service will apply


Delivery time

  • Be Natural Organics Pty Ltd endeavors to ensure that your order reaches you on-time. Our orders take 1 to 3 working days but we strive to have it reach you within the least possible time.
  • In KZN will be next day delivery & anywhere else will be 1-3 working days from departure.

Should your package be delayed or not delivered at all, please contact us on either info@benatural.co.za or on whatsapp +27764347391. We will deal with each matter on a case to case basis but cannot be held responsible for incorrect details supplied, adverse weather conditions or civil/political interruptions.


Should a package need to be re-sent due to the customer not being available to receive it during office hours, incorrect information provided or the like, the courier reserves the right to charge for the later delivery as well.
